根據變壓吸附（PSA)原理，利用吸附劑本身對水蒸汽特有的親和力，吸附壓

縮空氣中的水分。本設備制成雙塔結構，在程序控制器（PLC)的控制下，兩

塔交替工作，一塔在較高的壓力下吸附水分，另一塔在較低壓力下利用本身制

備的干空氣來憲成水汽的脫W過程.連續循環地工作。

雖然設備要消耗一部分氣量，但其絳合能耗要遠遠小于以變溫吸附為基礎的有

熱再生干嫌機.因此是目府應用較廣的壓縮空氣干嫌設備。

Although the machine will consume some air.the comprehensive energy consumption 

are largely lower than the heat sourced regenerdtive dryer based on variable temperature

 adsorption,so it is awidely used air compressing and drying machine at present.
